Premium Matte Paper Details
Our premium matte paper is crafted to feel elegant, substantial, and beautifully smooth to the touch, creating a timeless finish that showcases each image with rich detail and clarity.
Paper finish: Matte, smooth, non-reflective surface
Paper weight: 200 gsm (80 lb)
Paper thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mils)
Paper tone: Bright white
Finish: Luxuriously soft, premium-quality uncoated paper
Hanging & Installation
Our framed canvases and framed posters include a hanging kit for easy installation. This typically includes a pre-attached sawtooth bracket along with the necessary hanging hardware.
Please note: Unframed posters do not include a hanging kit.

Each order is carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery. Products are shipped in durable protective packaging and sturdy boxes designed to minimize damage during transportation.
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Refunds, Replacements & Order Support
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
If there is any issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us through our shop platform within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
We aim to respond to all messages within 72 hours and will work directly with our printing specialists to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged, we may offer a replacement once clear photos of the damage have been provided. These photos help us document the issue with our print partners and arrange a replacement promptly.

Because all orders are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering preferences after production has begun.
Each piece is printed specifically for your order and cannot be restocked, reused, or resold.
