For shipping within the U.S /United States of America (contiguous states), we offer two options:

For shipping within the U.S /United States of America (contiguous states), we offer two options:

1. Standard Shipping 5-7 business days

2. Express Shipping 2-5 business days

These time frames are generally applied to most of our products. Standard shipping for domestic parcels typically take 2-4 days, while Express is a prioritized for time-sensitive deliveries. 

For any international orders, we typically offer two shipping options:

1. Standard/Economy: International delivery usually takes 4-6 days.

2. Express Shipping: This is a prioritized, expedited delivery option for time-sensitive orders.

Express Shipping is our prioritized, expedited delivery option for time-sensitive orders. While specific international delivery times aren't provided, Express Services are processed as a priority by the shipping company. For domestic deliveries, Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 days, so international Express Shipping is likely faster than the 4-6 days mentioned for international Standard/Economy shipping.
When delivery time is critical, we recommend opting for Express delivery to ensure the fastest possible shipping for your international orders.
 

Keep in mind that delivery times can vary based on factors like the production country, delivery country, shipping method, and network status. The estimated delivery date provided during order placement includes both fulfillment time (product creation) and shipping time.

For specific countries, shipping addresses may need to be in the local language, and there might be additional requirements for tax regulations.

2. Estimated delivery dates include both fulfillment and shipping time and are subject to change. 

3. For lost packages, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for a replacement.

6. We don't support returns because these are personalized and print on demand products. If a package is rejected or unclaimed, the customer will be responsible to place a new order at their own cost.

Refund Information & Instruction

Yes, our customers may be eligible for a refund if they’re dissatisfied with their purchase.  

We want you to be over joyed with the quality of the products that you order through Knightsbridge Images. 

If you are not happy with the quality of any product you receive please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and we will do everything we can to investigate and assist you further to find a solution. 

 

Conditions below:

  1. We have a 30-day 100% quality satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with the product quality, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and we will be happy to investigate the issue further for you.  
  2. Our quality assurance team will validate your claim. If approved, we’ll typically offer a complimentary replacement order first.
  3. If a replacement isn’t feasible or you can’t wait, we can provide a refund.
  4. For specific issues like print size or color discrepancies, you can request a refund or reorder.
  5. To initiate this process, provide a detailed description of the issue and pictures showing the problem by email. 
  6. Address must be 100% absolute when placing the order with us on any of our selling platforms. 
  7. No returns or exchanges (read extra info below) 
 
Cancellations Policy 

Yes, our customers may  cancel an order, however we cannot cancel it if it has crossed the first four stages of production and has been printed and shipped. 

We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all order details including files and shipping information before proceeding to checkout to prevent any errors. * If a mistake is identified in the file or address, or if an order needs to be canceled for any other reason, it is possible to do so only if the order has not been sent for the printing phase. Please also be sure measure as well as check all measurements and dimensions before placing the order on our site.

You must contact us by email as soon as possible through our contact page. Once an order’s status progresses beyond the “passed” stage (meaning it has been marked “Printed or Shipped”), modifications or cancellations are no longer feasible. The order will proceed to be printed as initially placed. 

 

* No refunds are issued for orders returned from the postman due to an incorrect address or recipient rejection. You will be charged for the new order. 

 

* If the return reason is other than an incorrect address or recipient rejection, please get in touch. 

 
Returns Policy
 

*A simple “change of mind” return is not allowed within or after the 30 days and being sure you definitely want the product(s) before  placing an order is very important. 

Returns are very different reasoning compared to the following general criteria of:  refunds, cancellations, replacements, return to sender, lost,  stolen, lost in transit, defective or damaged, rejected by the recipient, wrong address or unclaimed. 

The reason behind this rule is because the item(s) that you purchase are processed through a print on demand platform service for personalized product(s) for every order requested.  The service is then immediately sent and fulfilled to our production print specialists directly from your check out cart and then shipped. 

 

 
Exchanges
 

No Exchange process is actually needed when replacing an damaged item.

We don’t require the product(s) to be sent back to the warehouse for a refund or any replacements. 

The products are printed on demand, so again, this is why we don’t except “returns”. 

 

 
Wrong Address:
 

If you provide an incorrect mailing address  when placing an order or an address which is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned back to the warehouse and disposed of safely. Should you want to replace the order with an updated address you (the customer placing the order) will be liable for the costs of a new order and the cost shipping.
