For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds simply due to a change of mind.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receiving your item. You can reach us using the contact information provided on the Knightsbridge Images website.
We will review the issue and work with our printing partner to determine an appropriate solution.
Each product is printed and shipped on demand, helping us avoid unnecessary inventory and overproduction. No minimum order quantity is required.
